It’s acoustimetal day!

Well, it’s not really, but a couple acoustic jams that might be of interest to metal heads are out there making the rounds.
First up, we’ve got Matt Heafy performing Trivium’s “Built to Fall” acoustically on a rooftop in Paris. Seriously, I am not kidding. It sounds pretty much as you’d expect it to and I’m undecided if I like it or not (never mind that “Built to Fall” is probably my least favorite track off In Waves). Nevertheless, here it is. Should get at least a few 16 year-old girls in a tizzy.
Secondly, we’ve got Greg Puciato from Dillinger releasing a cover of a track from Oupa. The song is called “Driving” and it’s him singing over a piano. You can listen to Greg’s version at his soundcloud page, or the original (and better version, I think) here.
Well, see you Thursday!
